Specially designed for ENVE frames, the D-shaped profile of the Aero seatpost reduces air resistance and at the same time offers controlled compliance. Its development is based on extensive CFD analyses. These are computer-aided flow simulations used to precisely calculate and optimize the air flow. In addition, the performance was validated in intensive wind tunnel tests. Similar to the shape and fibre orientation of the in-house SES rim profiles, the structure of the UD carbon seatpost is also specifically designed to enable aerodynamics that are measurably fast under real riding conditions. Different lengths and two offset variants are available for individual adjustment and optimum ergonomics. The saddle angle can be adjusted from 0 to 27 degrees. The seat post is compatible with oval 7 x 9 mm carbon seat stays as well as round 7 mm seat stays made of aluminium or titanium.
