Who it’s for
Gravel riders who want more range and more routes without sacrificing agility. It’s for bikepackers who want integrated mounts and stability when loaded, event riders chasing consistent lap times on lumpy courses, and anyone who loves the idea of 40–100 km gravel days with less sting in the climbs.
What problems does it fix?
- Climbs that sap momentum: TQ-HPR60’s smooth torque helps you float over steep, loose ramps.
- Fatigue on rough tracks: IsoSpeed decoupler and 42–50 mm tyre capability calm chatter to keep you fresher.
- Gear-carrying headaches: Hidden mudguard mounts, rack and frame bag mounts keep luggage solid and tidy.
- Shifting under load: Force AXS shifter + X0 Eagle AXS mech handle steep shifts cleanly across 10–52T.
- “E-bike heft” feel: At ~14 kg (ML), it stays lively, especially on rolling singletrack and fast gravel.
TQ-HPR60: quiet power, natural response
The TQ-HPR60 system delivers up to 60 Nm of torque with a remarkably quiet, low-drag feel. The compact hardware keeps the bike balanced and clean, while the 360Wh battery is integrated for sleek looks and stability. The bar-mounted LED controller is easy to read and pairs via Bluetooth / ANT+ to your head unit for ride data.
Charger: TQ 4A. Assistance characteristics are designed to complement your own power — not override it — so handling feels like a fast carbon gravel bike, just with a tailwind when you ask for it.
500 Series OCLV Carbon with IsoSpeed + RockShox Rudy
The frameset blends comfort and precision: IsoSpeed eases high-frequency buzz, while the RockShox Rudy XPLR (40 mm travel) adds control over washboard and ruts. Internal routing keeps cabling silent, and Trek’s integrated mounts mean tidy mudguards, racks, and a frame bag for multi-day setups.
Tyre clearance: up to 50 mm (no mudguards), or 42 mm with mudguards.
Mullet range + carbon wheels that love speed
Shifting is handled by SRAM Force AXS E1 with an X0 Eagle AXS T-Type rear derailleur and a 10–52T cassette — huge range for loaded climbs. Praxis alloy cranks are sized per frame for fit and cadence. Bontrager Aeolus Elite 35V carbon wheels (TLR, 35 mm depth) roll fast and stay stable in crosswinds. They’re wrapped in Bontrager Girona Pro 700×42 TLR tyres for a sweet spot of speed, grip, and comfort.
Adventure-ready mounting, clean and solid
Hidden mudguard mounts, rack mounts, and integrated frame bag mounts make it simple to build a reliable, rattle-free bikepacking setup. The UDH (Universal Derailleur Hanger) adds drivetrain resilience and future-proofing.
