Saint Piran Service Course - The Service Club Membership

When can I book my Level 2 Service?

You can book your included Level 2 Service after 6 consecutive monthly payments have been made. This helps spread the cost fairly while ensuring priority access when your service is due.

Is there a minimum membership term?

Yes. The Service Club has a minimum 12-month membership. This allows us to offer priority booking and spread the cost of your service across the year.

Can I transfer my Service Club membership to someone else?

No. The Service Club membership is non-transferable and is linked to one named member and one bike. This helps us manage workshop capacity and maintain fair access for all members. If you wish to purchase this for someone else you can purchase a Gift Voucher for a Level 2 Service. 

Do parts and accessories come included with the service?

Parts and accessories are not included in the service price, but Service Club members receive exclusive discounts on any parts or accessories required during their service.

What if my bike has internal or fully integrated cables?

If your bike has internal or fully integrated cabling, it requires additional workshop time. You can upgrade your included Level 2 Service to a Level 3 Service for £100.
This upgrade is spread across your membership, making your total £23.00 per month.

When do I need to choose the Level 3 upgrade?

If your have a bike with fully integrated cables you'll need the Level 3 Service. 

What happens if I cancel early?

If you cancel before completing 12 months and have already used your Level 2 Service, you’ll be required to pay the remaining balance up to the full £175 service value, minus any payments already made.

Does the Service Club cover more than one bike?

Each Service Club membership covers one bike only. If you have multiple bikes, you’ll need a separate membership for each.

What’s included in a Level 2 Service?

A Level 2 Service is a comprehensive workshop service designed to keep your bike running smoothly and safely. It includes drivetrain checks and adjustments, braking and gear tuning, bolt checks, and a full safety inspection. Replacement parts are charged separately (member discounts apply).

What happens if I miss a payment?

If a payment is missed, your Service Club benefits may be temporarily paused until payments are brought up to date. We’ll always contact you first to resolve it quickly.
