These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Saint Piran website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Online Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraud.

Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; acceptance occurs when goods are dispatched or collection is confirmed.
3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or dispatched.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Cycle to Work Scheme Purchases
Sale Bikes Purchased via Cycle Scheme

When purchasing a sale bike using a Cycle to Work scheme, a 12% administration charge will be applied in addition to the reduced sale price.

This charge covers scheme processing, administration, and third-party costs.

The administration charge is non-refundable, including in the event of order cancellation or return.
By proceeding with a Cycle Scheme purchase on a sale bike, you acknowledge and accept this additional charge.
5. Delivery & Collection

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Collection orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe agreed with us.
6. Cancellations & Restocking Fees (Bikes)

Bike orders cancelled more than 24 hours after the time of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

This fee reflects limited stock availability and restocking charges incurred from our suppliers.

The restocking fee will be deducted from any refund issued.

Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, provided the order has not already been processed, registered, built, or dispatched.
7. Returns & Refunds

Non-bike items may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Bikes must be unused, unregistered, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

8. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please notify us as soon as possible.

Where applicable, we will arrange repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.
9. Special Orders & Custom Items

Custom items, special orders, custom kits, and Project One Trek bikes are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for confirming correct sizing and specifications prior to ordering.

All special orders are final once placed.
10. Cycle Scheme General Terms

Cycle Scheme orders are subject to scheme provider approval.

Ownership of the bike remains with the scheme provider until scheme terms are completed.

Any additional charges (including administration fees) must be paid separately and are not covered by Cycle Scheme vouchers.
11. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
12. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not store payment card details.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
