Why This Bike Rolls On 29s
Trek's Smart Wheel Sizing means smaller frames get 27.5" wheels for proportional handling — but Medium and up get full 29" wheels. This bike is a Medium. Bigger wheels roll faster over roots and rock gardens, hold their line through berms, and keep momentum where 27.5" would stall. It's not a compromise. It's tuned to the rider this size is built for.
