MIKE JENNER

WORLDTOUR SETUP SESSION

Book Mike Jenner

Ride what works. Built in Redruth. Dialled in by Mike Jenner

MOST BIKES ARE NOT SETUP FOR CORNWALL

THE PROBLEM: Cornwall is a beautiful place to ride, but a brutal place for a bike. We have vertical climbs, salt-heavy coastal air, and "chip-seal" road surfaces that chew through tyres and sap your momentum.

THE AGITATION: Most bikes sold in the UK are specced for the flat tarmac of the Home Counties or dry training roads in Spain. If your bike hasn't been specifically dialled for the South West, you are fighting unnecessary mechanical drag, poor shifting on 20% gradients, and a fit that doesn't account for our constant, battering crosswinds.

THE SOLUTION: Mike Jenner - WorldTour Mechanic.

Mike doesn't just "service" bikes. He optimizes them for the environment they actually live in. This is the WorldTour Setup Session—90 minutes of Grand Tour mechanical expertise applied to your bike, right here in Redruth.

THE MIKE JENNER

Mike has over a decade on the WorldTour — Grand Tours, the Classics, training camps, everything. Bikes ridden by people who race for a living.

That was his world. Now he works in our Cornwall workshop.

This is unusual. In most of Europe, access to a mechanic of Mike's experience is restricted to teams, trade, or friends-of.

He brings that "WorldTour Eye" to the Saint Piran Service Course. It’s a level of precision that a standard "Level 3 Service" or a computer-led fit simply cannot replicate.

And you can book him for a setup. Walk in. Hand him the bike. Watch him work, or grab a coffee while he does.

It’s the kind of access you don’t get in most of Europe.

“You get it in Redruth.”

  • Anyone wanting a basic service — a standard service is £85 in our workshop diary, book that instead.
  • Bikes needing major repair — if your bike has cracked carbon, broken hangers, or is older than ten years, talk to us first. We'll quote a workshop visit before suggesting Mike.
