Returns Policy – Saint Piran Service Course
At Saint Piran, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, our returns policy provides detailed instructions to facilitate the return process.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

A 10% restocking and administration fee will be deducted from your refund.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and no restocking or administration fee will apply. Please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.
Return Process
Initiate the Return
Contact our customer service team at servicecourse@saintpiran.co.uk to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Prepare Your Return

Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Include a copy of your order confirmation and a cover note explaining the reason for the return.
Ship the Return
Clearly label your return package with the following address:

Tracking and Insurance
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund in accordance with the following:

A 10% restocking and administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount (excluding cases of incorrect or faulty items).

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
Refunds typically take up to four weeks to process after we receive your returned item. This timeframe includes:

Up to 5 business days for receipt of the return

Up to 5 business days for inspection and processing

Up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund (subject to the restocking and administration fee) and place a new order for the desired item.

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
Special Order Items
The following terms apply to all special order items, including but not limited to custom kits and Project One Trek bikes:

Non-Returnable Items: Special order custom kits and Project One Trek bikes are non-returnable, as they are produced specifically to customer specifications and cannot be restocked or resold.

Sizing Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for selecting the correct sizing before placing a special order. We strongly recommend consulting sizing charts, testing comparable products, or contacting us for guidance.

Final Sale: All special orders are final. Modifications, cancellations, or refunds are not permitted once the order has been placed.
