Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the original shipping costs.

If you receive an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please notify us immediately if this occurs so we can rectify the situation as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  2. Prepare Your Return:
    • Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Include a copy of your order confirmation and a cover note explaining the reason for the return.
  3. Ship the Return:

  1. Tracking and Insurance:
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund. Please note the following details regarding refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
  • Refunds typically take up to four weeks to process after we receive your returned item. This timeframe includes:
    • Up to 5 business days for us to receive your return.
    • Up to 5 business days for inspection and processing of the return.
    • Up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Non-Returnable Items
