1. Membership Overview

Saint Piran Service Course Cycling Membership provides access to race team affiliation, member discounts, and shop-supported benefits. Memberships are offered on an annual basis and are open to riders aged 18 years and over.

Membership is not a cycling club membership and does not include coaching, organised rides, or guaranteed race entries.

2. Membership Options & Pricing

The following membership options are available:

ยฃ25 Annual Membership (Membership Only)

  • 12 months Saint Piran Service Course Cycling Membership

  • Access to eligible member discounts and offers

  • No team kit included

ยฃ70 Membership Package

  • 12 months Saint Piran Service Course Cycling Membership

  • Official Saint Piran Service Course team jersey

  • Access to eligible member discounts and offers

After the first year, membership renews at ยฃ25 per year (membership only).

ยฃ150 Membership Package

  • 12 months Saint Piran Service Course Cycling Membership

  • Official Saint Piran Service Course team jersey

  • Official Saint Piran Service Course bib shorts

  • Access to eligible member discounts and offers

After the first year, membership renews at ยฃ25 per year (membership only).

3. Membership Term & Renewal

  • Membership runs for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Memberships purchased through British Cycling do not auto-renew.

  • Memberships purchased through the Saint Piran Service Course website will auto-renew annually, unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

  • Renewal reminders may be sent, but it is the memberโ€™s responsibility to ensure their membership remains active.

  • Kit is included only in the first year for ยฃ70 and ยฃ150 packages.

4. Eligibility

  • Membership is open to riders aged 18 and over.

  • Members may be based anywhere in the UK.

  • To race in British Cyclingโ€“affiliated events, members must hold a valid British Cycling race licence and register under Saint Piran Service Course where applicable.

5. Discounts & Benefits

  • Member discounts apply only after membership purchase and activation.

  • Discounts are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated.

  • Membership discounts are non-transferable and for personal use only.

6. Team Kit

  • Team kit is included only where specified in the selected membership package.

  • Kit sizing and availability are subject to supplier stock.

  • Once ordered, team kit is non-refundable unless faulty.

  • Renewal years do not include team kit unless purchased separately.

7. Ambassador Opportunities

  • Membership does not guarantee selection as a Saint Piran Service Course Ambassador.

  • Ambassador roles are discretionary and subject to separate approval.

  • Saint Piran Service Course reserves the right to withdraw ambassador status at any time.

8. Conduct & Representation

Members riding under the Saint Piran Service Course name are expected to:

  • Act respectfully towards other riders, officials, and the public

  • Represent Saint Piran Service Course positively when racing or creating content

  • Comply with event rules and governing body regulations

Saint Piran Service Course reserves the right to suspend or revoke membership without refund in cases of serious misconduct.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once activated.

  • Kit-inclusive memberships are non-refundable once kit has been ordered.

  • Memberships are non-transferable.

10. Changes to Terms

Saint Piran Service Course reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated terms will be published online and apply to all active memberships.
